The service at this hotel was excellent, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants and local attractions. The only downside was that the elevator got stuck once, and despite pressing the emergency call button, there was no immediate response. We had to wait a few minutes before staff came to assist. However, this minor issue didn’t take away from the overall great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the value for money was outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Sonesta Hotel Cartagena was a fantastic experience. While it's located near Las Américas, it's not right next to it—still, walking distance is manageable and convenient. The hotel has a supermarket right across the street, which is super handy for grabbing essentials. The view from the room is absolutely stunning, with beautiful glimpses of the sea and the city skyline—perfect for sunrise or sunset moments. Cleanliness is top-notch; every corner felt spotless, and the staff clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards. It’s rare to find such a well-maintained hotel in this area. Overall, the location, comfort, and attention to detail make this a standout choice. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.

Everything was perfect! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride away, with plenty of authentic local eateries nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staying at Hotel Atlantic Lux was an absolute delight! The service was outstanding, especially Luis, the bellman—he was incredibly kind and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help with luggage. His warm personality made a big difference in making our stay feel personal and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, with easy access to public transit. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the ambiance to the attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cartagena who wants a memorable, high-quality experience.

Arriving at Hotel Casa la Tablada, Miguel greeted us with genuine warmth—right from the start, it felt like home. For the price we paid, this place delivers outstanding value. Honestly, if we’d paid significantly more elsewhere, I’m not sure we’d have rated it higher. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. That said, the pool is quite small, and some of the rooms and rooftop area show signs of wear—likely due to the humid climate taking a toll on furnishings. Still, these minor drawbacks don’t overshadow the overall quality. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a reliable, well-located option in Cartagena.

The building is perfectly located—just steps from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Security is excellent, with a guard on duty 24/7 at the entrance. But that’s where the positives end. The apartment we stayed in was outdated and didn’t match the photos advertised online. It felt poorly cleaned—some areas even looked dirty. Furniture was wobbly or broken, and the kitchen supplies were shockingly minimal: only six glasses for an eight-person unit, barely any cutlery, no toilet paper, no dishcloth, no drying towel, and no coffee maker. Two out of three showers provided only cold water throughout the entire week—very uncomfortable. To top it off, no luggage storage was offered at reception, and the host didn’t suggest any alternative solutions when we arrived with all our bags, our return flight not until late afternoon. We ended up waiting in the lobby, stressed and carrying everything ourselves. Worst of all, we were given just one key for the whole group of eight people, with no explanation other than being told to call each other if needed. After paying 870 euros for the week, the value-for-money ratio is seriously disappointing. This experience falls far short of what you’d expect. There are definitely better options available elsewhere.

Everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service—always smiling, ready to help, and making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. Located just steps away from the vibrant city center, it’s easy to explore Cartagena’s historic sites, beaches, and local restaurants. The all-inclusive package offered great value, with delicious meals and drinks included. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this hotel delivers on every level. Highly recommend for an unforgettable getaway!

The stay was absolutely wonderful overall—perfect location right by the beach, peaceful and convenient for exploring Cartagena. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely tropical vibe. Mauricio’s hospitality truly stood out—he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The only minor issue was the mattress being a bit too firm for our comfort, which slightly affected our sleep quality. However, that didn’t take away from the excellent experience. Every other detail was spot-on, and the value for money was outstanding. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cartagena.

Staying at Hotel Barahona Cartagena was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location in Bocagrande is unbeatable—walkable to beaches, restaurants, and local shops, with easy access to public transit. The architecture seamlessly blends modern design with nature, featuring large windows that flood the rooms with natural light and offer serene views of lush greenery. It instantly creates a peaceful, calming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering excellent value for money. But what truly stood out wasn’t just the comfort or the setting—it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always with a smile and ready to help. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where you genuinely feel at home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena looking for a quiet retreat with charm, comfort, and heartfelt service.

We've now been staying here for our fourth week, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from grocery stores, restaurants, and essential services—perfect for daily convenience. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Daily housekeeping is done with care and professionalism, and Solène, the cleaning staff, is incredibly responsive and genuinely dedicated to meeting our needs. We love being able to cook on-site—the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need. The bedding and towels smell fresh, and hot water is available 24/7—no compromises there. With three air conditioners that run quietly and effectively, plus excellent sound insulation, the space stays cool and peaceful even during warmer hours. Front desk staff are efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. The laundry service is a nice touch, and the welcome team goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Breakfast is modest in size and variety, but it’s always fresh, and the chef is happy to accommodate special requests. Supplies are consistently replenished—never ran out of anything. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a reliable, welcoming home base in Cartagena.

This hotel is perfect for being right in the heart of Cartagena. The location is unbeatable—steps away from all the main attractions, and having breakfast included makes it even better. The area is quiet and peaceful, with no noise or disturbances, which really enhances the comfort of your stay. The only minor downside is the hot water issue, but considering the price point, it's a small trade-off. Overall, everything about this place is excellent—clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing central spot. It truly feels like a perfect choice for travelers who want convenience, value, and a relaxed vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Ayenda Casa Cano 1805 was a perfect experience from start to finish. The place is immaculately clean, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. What stood out most was how close it is to the airport—just a 2-block walk, making early departures stress-free. It’s exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, comfortable stay with great value. Highly recommend this gem in Cartagena if you want convenience without sacrificing quality.
