To our surprise, we were checked in two hours early without any extra charge—probably because it was off-season. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Staying here for three days, I’ve called the platform three times trying to reach customer service, but kept getting no answer. When I finally got through, they said the property only cleans every three days and towels are only provided if you specifically ask—just one per person. The assigned staff member even admitted they didn’t understand the policy themselves, and all they could do was pass along my message. Why would a platform recommend such a place with zero real support? That’s probably why there are no reviews at all—everyone’s too frustrated to leave feedback. It’s hot in Thailand, so I shower multiple times a day, yet I’m expected to manage with just one towel? That’s not acceptable. This experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Not worth it, and definitely not recommended.
