Room comfort was top-notch: the bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. However, the room’s sound insulation isn’t ideal—some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. The bathroom is quite small, which might not suit wheelchair users. Also, the lighting inside the room is a bit dim; adding brighter fixtures would improve the experience. Lastly, note that the beachfront is currently under construction (as of April 10, 2025), so views may be partially obstructed. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value is strong, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

Eating surrounded by them was such a unique and fun experience. The only hiccup came during check-in: I had booked two rooms under the same name, but only received one reservation code. I actually had two separate booking numbers and different payment amounts, which eventually helped clarify the issue. However, the front desk couldn’t find my second booking at first. I reached out to customer service, who claimed they only received one payment—though it’s hard to believe there’d be a confirmation email or booking number without a successful transaction. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth between the hotel, platform support, and the local Thai agent, everything was sorted out. To make up for the hassle, the hotel upgraded one of my rooms to a stunning sea-view unit—a thoughtful gesture that really turned things around. Overall, this place offers fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I visit Pattaya.
