The assigned staff member even admitted they didn’t understand the policy themselves, and all they could do was pass along my message. Why would a platform recommend such a place with zero real support? That’s probably why there are no reviews at all—everyone’s too frustrated to leave feedback. It’s hot in Thailand, so I shower multiple times a day, yet I’m expected to manage with just one towel? That’s not acceptable. This experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Not worth it, and definitely not recommended.
