The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent cleanliness throughout. The only small downside is the lack of USB charging ports in the room—just a heads-up to bring your own adapter or extra charging cables. But honestly, if you forget, there’s a 7-Eleven right nearby where you can grab anything you need, including chargers. Payment options like Alipay and WeChat Pay are accepted, making it super convenient. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money and is a top choice for anyone visiting Pattaya.

I especially enjoyed the fish congee and pumpkin soup, both warm and flavorful, along with fresh fruits. Staff kept replenishing food and maintained cleanliness throughout the dining area, and there were plenty of seating options. Parking is excellent—with ample space in the underground garage, making it stress-free for guests arriving by car. Room comfort was top-notch: the bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. However, the room’s sound insulation isn’t ideal—some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. The bathroom is quite small, which might not suit wheelchair users. Also, the lighting inside the room is a bit dim; adding brighter fixtures would improve the experience. Lastly, note that the beachfront is currently under construction (as of April 10, 2025), so views may be partially obstructed. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall value is strong, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

Staying here for three days, I’ve called the platform three times trying to reach customer service, but kept getting no answer. When I finally got through, they said the property only cleans every three days and towels are only provided if you specifically ask—just one per person. The assigned staff member even admitted they didn’t understand the policy themselves, and all they could do was pass along my message. Why would a platform recommend such a place with zero real support? That’s probably why there are no reviews at all—everyone’s too frustrated to leave feedback. It’s hot in Thailand, so I shower multiple times a day, yet I’m expected to manage with just one towel? That’s not acceptable. This experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Not worth it, and definitely not recommended.
