To our surprise, we were checked in two hours early without any extra charge—probably because it was off-season. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. I paid an extra $600 for breakfast, only to be handed two basic rooms priced at around $200 each. When I questioned the staff, they confirmed it wasn’t actually a family room at all. This is not just disappointing—it’s misleading and far below expectations. Don’t trust the pictures or descriptions online. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
