The Pullman Bangkok King Power truly lives up to my expectations of the brand—elegant, well-appointed, and consistently high quality. The only minor note is that the lobby fragrance is quite strong, almost overpowering at times, but surprisingly, my husband absolutely loved it! He asked the staff if there was a way to purchase the exact scent—so much so that he’s now hoping the hotel might offer it for sale. If you’re a fan of signature scents in luxury hotels, this one’s definitely worth tracking down!

Staying at Ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada was an absolute highlight of my trip to Bangkok. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the Huai Khwang MRT station, just a 2-minute walk away. Getting around the city became so easy; I hopped on the metro to visit temples, shopping malls, and popular local spots without any hassle. The neighborhood itself is vibrant and convenient: there’s a 7-Eleven right next door for late-night snacks, a great little restaurant across the street (Jian Xing) that served up delicious Thai food, and several lively night markets nearby—including Huai Khwang Night Market and Chatuchak Weekend Market—perfect for browsing souvenirs and street food. I also loved that the hotel has its own Let’s Relax Spa, which made for a perfect post-adventure unwind. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value—all these made this stay feel like a real home away from home. I’d definitely come back here again if I’m ever in Bangkok.
