On checkout, another friendly staff member, Aswasha (possibly spelled incorrectly), gave us a warm farewell with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine and personal. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a full experience. 10/10 without hesitation, and I’d definitely return.

I especially loved the steamed dumplings, muesli, fresh pastries, and the cheese selection. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed some fun water activities right by the beach. We also took a short walk to a nearby restaurant to catch an amazing fire dance performance—such a memorable evening. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. I first discovered this gem on Xiaohongshu and ended up booking through the platform for a 3-night stay—so glad I did! The Heritage Wing Suite offered incredible perks: three restaurants—Palm Court (Heritage Wing), Planters Lounge, and Sarkies—perfectly matched to my breakfast needs over three days. I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.

I booked a triple room, and while the room faces the street—which means traffic noise and early morning prayer announcements can be loud—I’d still highly recommend it. The pros far outweigh the minor cons. The tap water is safe to drink straight from the faucet, which is rare and impressive. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely bathtub, and the minibar even came with two complimentary drinks—such a nice touch! The staff, including the Chinese-speaking team, were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Even though there’s some street noise, it’s a small price to pay for such a well-located, stylish, and thoughtfully designed stay. A truly memorable experience—definitely worth returning.
