On checkout, another friendly staff member, Aswasha (possibly spelled incorrectly), gave us a warm farewell with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine and personal. I especially loved the steamed dumplings, muesli, fresh pastries, and the cheese selection. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed some fun water activities right by the beach. We also took a short walk to a nearby restaurant to catch an amazing fire dance performance—such a memorable evening. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. The Heritage Wing Suite offered incredible perks: three restaurants—Palm Court (Heritage Wing), Planters Lounge, and Sarkies—perfectly matched to my breakfast needs over three days. I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.
