On the ground floor, you’ll find 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Nayuki, KFC, and even Tao Tao Ju—a real bonus for food lovers who don’t want to leave the building. Everything is within walking distance, and being near Zhujiang New Town makes getting around the city super easy via subway. Service stood out—when I asked to switch rooms, staff responded quickly and even upgraded me to a window-facing room on the outer side of the building because they noticed I had young kids, thinking the closed-window inner room might feel stuffy. However, after one night during a sudden drop in temperature, I found the open window let in too much cold air, so I requested to switch back to a sealed-window room. One small note: although smoking is clearly prohibited indoors, there was still a faint lingering smoke smell near the lounge seating and restrooms in the lower lobby area. It might be worth improving the ventilation system or relocating the seating to a better-ventilated space, such as the atrium area. Overall, the hotel delivers on comfort, service, and convenience—excellent value for money and a great location. I’d definitely come back.
