We recently stayed at New World Shenyang Hotel as a family, and honestly, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service felt personal and thoughtful. At check-in, the front desk staff were warm and professional—when they learned we were traveling with elderly family members, they kindly upgraded us to a scenic view room without hesitation. It was such a surprise and truly made our stay more special, especially for our elders who rarely splurge on upgrades. What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. We visited Shenyang for the National Day holiday and stayed at Haiyun Jinjiang International Hotel—perfectly located just a short walk from Shenyang Railway Station. This was our first time staying at a Jinjiang brand property, and honestly, we felt like we hit the jackpot! We booked a family room with one double bed and one single bed, which worked great for our group of three—plenty of space and everyone slept well. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality, though the decorative touches on the beds were a little too cute for our taste—laughed about it, but no complaints! Breakfast was an absolute highlight: abundant, fresh, and delicious. The fried dough sticks were made right in front of us—crispy outside, soft inside—and the soy milk was rich and satisfying. I had two cups every morning! Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're planning a trip to Shenyang, don’t hesitate—this is a top pick!
