This was easily one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Traveling with our two teens, and they were genuinely impressed from the moment we walked in—the sound system alone was a game-changer! The overall vibe felt unique and luxurious without being over-the-top. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Thirteen, and had what might be the best sushi we’ve ever tried—fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the location is fantastic for exploring central London. If we ever return to the city, this will be our first choice without hesitation. A truly standout experience.
