Staying at Dimora Duomo was an absolutely perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—even waiting for me late into the evening. I was greeted right at the door and handed a personalized map with thoughtful recommendations for local gems, from hidden cafés to scenic viewpoints. To my delight, they upgraded my room free of charge to a spacious and beautifully decorated one on the 5th floor with stunning views of the city. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Duomo and all major sights. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and full of local flavors. Every detail, from hospitality to comfort, was spot-on. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—I’ll be back again without hesitation.

We’ve returned to this B&B after five years, and just like the first time, we fell in love all over again—this time with the charm of the building, the vibrant atmosphere of Via Duomo, and the unmistakable heart of Naples’ historic center, just steps from the Duomo. The location is perfect even if you’re arriving by car, thanks to a nearby private parking area that offers both security and convenience. The property itself is brand new, housed in a beautifully restored noble building, and our room was cozy, meticulously maintained, and wonderfully warm during winter months. But what truly sets this place apart are Alessandra and Arturo—the hosts. They’re an extraordinary couple who welcome you with genuine warmth and go above and beyond to meet every need with kindness, attention, and humanity. Breakfast is satisfying, well-balanced, and always fresh. Cleanliness is consistently top-notch. This isn’t just a stay—it’s a feeling of being cared for, not only through the quality of the space but through the heartfelt connection they create with every guest. Highly recommended, and trust us—we’ll be back. After all, you always come back to places where you leave a little piece of your heart.

Staying at B&B Il Balconcino a Santa Chiara was an absolute delight! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Naples, just steps away from everything we wanted to see. They gave us fantastic tips on where to eat, what to visit, and how to navigate the city like a local. Our room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—nothing fancy, but full of charm and great value for the price. It felt like a hidden gem. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning my next trip here!

Staying at B&B Nel Regno di Napoli was an absolute highlight of my trip to Naples. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of major attractions and just a short stroll from the metro, making it super easy to explore the city. The rooms are immaculate, cleaned thoroughly every morning with fresh linens and a tidy space that made me feel right at home. But what truly sets this place apart is Gabriele—the host. He greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, offering thoughtful, expert advice on everything from hidden gems and must-see sights to the best local eateries. He’s always available, patient, and eager to help with any request, big or small. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes the extra mile like he does. I felt cared for throughout my stay, and that personal touch made the entire experience unforgettable. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a real home away from home. I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re visiting Naples, don’t miss out on this gem. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Toto e Peppino Luxury Rooms was an absolute highlight of my trip to Naples! The hosts went above and beyond—they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with local tips and transportation advice. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the main sights and bustling streets filled with great restaurants and cafes. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything about this stay was perfect—from the attention to detail to the overall vibe. We just stayed at Nacu 90 with my partner, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of professionalism—especially the seamless smart access system that made check-in effortless. The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and features a modern, fresh design that feels unique and not cookie-cutter. Its location is fantastic—within easy reach of all major attractions in Naples, making it simple to explore on foot or by public transit. Everything matched exactly what we saw online, and honestly, it felt even better in person. What stood out most was the authentic, distinctive vibe—the kind of place you don’t forget. I’d definitely come back, not just for the convenience, but for the real experience that’s hard to find these days.

Staying at Mellos B&B in Naples was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro, Toledo Street, and all the local shops and cafes. The place felt clean, bright, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms are modern, well-organized, and full of thoughtful amenities: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and super comfy beds. It truly felt like home away from home. The sisters who run the place were warm and friendly, making our stay even more special. Every detail shows care and attention. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient, and charming little hideout in Naples, this is the spot. Highly recommend it!

Staying at Napolitano Rooms was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Located just steps away from the central train station, getting around Naples was incredibly easy—no long walks or confusing transfers. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay, even when we accidentally ended up at a different B&B and got a bit lost. They responded instantly, guiding us back with kindness and patience. Their 24/7 availability made us feel secure and well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped. More importantly, their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out. If you're visiting Naples, this is not just a great place to stay—it's a must-book. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Suitenapolis Santa Lucia in Naples and overall, the location was excellent—just a short walk from the waterfront, the port, and Piazza Plebiscito. The staff, especially Luciano, were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The property is well situated for exploring the city on foot. Out of the three rooms on the third floor, two were great: clean, with balconies and windows, offering good views and a pleasant atmosphere. However, one room had no window or balcony—just a solid wall with a skylight above, making it feel closed-in and dark. There was also a noticeable musty smell, almost like sewage, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. I’d strongly recommend checking during booking whether your room has a window and balcony facing Via Santa Lucia, or asking for a photo of the actual room before confirming. This type of room shouldn’t be offered at full price—it’s only suitable for an emergency overnight stay at half the rate. Breakfast was simple but adequate: coffee or cappuccino, non-natural orange juice, and a choice of croissant. Service was efficient, and the food was decent. Despite the issue with one room, the rest of the experience was positive, especially the hospitality and prime location. If you’re careful about room selection, this place can be a great value option.

My stay at Rettifilo 311 was absolutely fantastic — I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I contacted them, Angel, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She reached out in advance to confirm check-in time and gave clear, easy-to-follow directions, which made arriving stress-free. The check-in process was quick and seamless — and best of all, there was no late check-in fee, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. The location is unbeatable: just a 10-minute walk from the central train station and within easy reach of all the major sights. Public transport options are also plentiful if needed. The room itself was spotless, well-kept, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like home from the very first moment. If you're visiting Naples, this is definitely the place to stay. Thank you, Angel, for your warm hospitality — it truly made the trip special!

Staying at Calabritto Suite was an absolute delight. Just a short walk from the sea and the vibrant Via Chiaia, it’s perfectly positioned for evening outings with great local buzz. The on-site Terrazza restaurant is only a 2-minute stroll away—don’t miss it! The three suites are spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stays fresh. Breakfast is served outdoors at a cozy tea lounge just one minute away—simple but delightful. What truly sets this place apart is its historic charm: the suite is housed in an 18th-century palace with stunning staircases designed by the famed architect Vanvitelli. It feels like stepping into a living piece of history. Every detail exudes elegance and care. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a unique, authentic Naples experience.

Staying at B&B Rest a Napoli in Naples was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to Toledo Metro, making it super easy to explore every corner of the city. My single room was cozy and well-appointed, with a clean, fresh-smelling bathroom and windows facing a quiet alley in the Spanish Quarter. While there’s some evening noise from the street, it’s completely peaceful at night—even with the window open—and the air conditioning works perfectly for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: a generous, individualized European-style spread featuring cold cuts, cheeses, freshly baked pastries, jams, fruits, and yogurt—more than enough to fuel a full day. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The only thing that caught me off guard was the 20-cent fee for using the elevator, but honestly, it’s such a small detail compared to how much I enjoyed the overall experience. This place offers great value and charm—definitely a top pick if you’re visiting Naples.
