Breakfast offered a selection of individual items, which was great for customization, though the hot soups weren’t as warm or satisfying as expected. One minor downside: basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb weren’t provided—guests need to bring their own. While this might seem small, it’s something worth considering for future stays. All in all, the hotel delivers strong value for money, especially given its prime location and high-quality service. This was hands down the best hotel experience during my trip to Perth. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. What really stood out was the manager’s thoughtful upgrade to a suite—huge space, fantastic city views, and such a nice surprise! Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Plus, the location is perfect: just a short walk or quick tram ride to downtown attractions, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local hotspots. If you're visiting Perth and want a central, well-appointed hotel with excellent service, The Westin Perth is an absolute must-book. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

While there wasn’t a Japanese-speaking staff member during my stay, I did meet a helpful concierge who spoke basic Japanese—just enough to get by, and really friendly. Standard amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, which is typical for international stays and perfectly acceptable. Overall, the hotel delivers exceptional value, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Perth—it’s a standout choice.

It’s rare to find a hotel that balances luxury, wellness, and urban energy so seamlessly. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return.
