One thing to note: the property has multiple levels connected by steps—sometimes two or even five steps between areas—so stroller access can be tricky if you're traveling with young kids. That said, the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt warm and seamless.
