I was a bit disappointed when I arrived, as the room size shown online (via the platform) suggested around 30 sqm, but it felt more like 20 sqm in reality—definitely smaller than expected. The photos didn’t match the actual space at all. However, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Lü Runcao—he immediately offered me a different room, which made a big difference in my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just steps from Exit 5 of Shanghai Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast was solid too—fresh, well-served, and satisfying. Despite the room size issue, the great service and prime location really made up for it.

My bags never touched my hands again—they were taken straight up in the elevator to my room. That’s what true luxury service looks like. Special shoutout to Guest Experience Manager Billy Liang, who went above and beyond when he learned about my parents’ anniversary visit. He personally delivered a birthday cake, arranged a reservation at the rooftop Longfeng Hall, and even made sure they enjoyed live classic jazz music at the hotel bar.
