However, what truly stands out is the exceptional service. I arrived at the airport around 6:00 AM and reached the hotel before 9:00 AM. For just $50, I was able to check in early—well ahead of the standard 2:00 PM check-in time—with zero hassle. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. If you value prompt, personalized service and don’t mind a modest room size, this hotel delivers more than expected. It’s definitely worth considering, especially for travelers prioritizing hospitality and location over luxury amenities.

Castle Hostel truly felt like home during my trip to Cairo—better than any other hotel I stayed at across the city. Located on the 16th floor, the views are unbeatable: you can see the city skyline, the Nile River, and even catch a glimpse of the pyramids in the distance. The location is fantastic—Ramses Street is just steps away, shops are a minute’s walk, Abu Tarek Koshari is five minutes on foot, and so is the Nile riverfront. The staff are incredible—warm, helpful, always ready to assist without being intrusive. There’s a real sense of calm up here, despite being right in the heart of the city. The energy is vibrant, yet peaceful. I’d happily book an extra night just to enjoy the view again. This place has a unique vibe that makes you want to come back.
