We stayed at this property back in 2022 and really liked it, so we decided to give it another try in May 2025. The location is still excellent and the room design remains stylish and well thought out—those are definitely strong points. However, the cleanliness wasn’t up to par during our recent visit, and it felt like housekeeping wasn’t as attentive as it should be. Staff weren’t rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth or engagement—like they were just going through the motions whether guests were around or not. Overall, it was acceptable, but nothing memorable. We’re likely to explore other options next time. One thing that stood out: prices on the platform were noticeably lower than booking directly through the hotel’s website, and the platform even offers perks for repeat guests, while the hotel doesn’t have any loyalty benefits. That’s surprising, especially since many travelers value long-term rewards. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its pricing and guest retention strategy.

I'm booking this hotel for the second time now, this time for a March trip to Moscow. Everything about my stay was excellent—cleanliness, location, staff service, and the breakfast options were fantastic. The team was very polite and attentive. My husband really enjoyed the sauna, and as someone with dietary restrictions, I was happy to find plenty of satisfying breakfast choices that kept me full. The only minor downside is that the room decor feels a bit outdated, but honestly, all the positives far outweigh that. One small suggestion: offering plant-based milk alternatives at breakfast would be great for guests with dairy sensitivities. Overall, an outstanding experience with great value—definitely coming back!

Breakfast was generous and featured authentic local flavors—I especially enjoyed the homemade bread and fresh pastries. Evening meals are available for an extra fee, and they’re worth trying if you want a taste of traditional Russian cuisine. There’s also a small pantry at reception for basic essentials. Every detail feels considered, from the cleanliness to the welcoming atmosphere. This place offers excellent value and comfort—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Moscow.
