We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed—the actual unit looked nothing like the photos and descriptions shown for apartments A and B. To make matters worse, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. After raising a complaint, cleaning was done the next day, but no refund or discount was offered for the first night spent in an uncleaned room. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.

It was deeply disappointing. Thankfully, the police responded quickly when things escalated, which helped prevent further problems. Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.

It took some effort to figure out where things were. Honestly, this was my first and last time staying here. Great location and style, but poor service ruined the experience.
