Staying at Raffles Jakarta was an absolute delight! The rooftop pool on the 14th floor is a highlight—perfect for a refreshing swim during the day with stunning views of the city skyline. The room itself was elegant and well-appointed, but there’s one small detail worth mentioning: there were no room-temperature bottled waters available—only chilled ones stored in the fridge. Since I prefer drinking water at room temperature, having to wait for the ice to melt a bit before sipping wasn’t ideal. Also, the in-room water dispenser is basic and lacks a filtration system, so it’s unclear when or what kind of water was last refilled. For someone like me who’s particular about water quality, this could be a concern. That said, the overall experience was exceptional—the service, ambiance, and attention to detail are top-notch. This place truly lives up to its reputation, and I’d definitely return.
