Direct access to our own private pool meant we spent most of the day cooling off in the sun. Daily room cleaning was impeccable, and Ahmed—the housekeeper—was absolutely incredible. He’d fold towels into stunning shapes, which totally blew us away. The resort grounds were lush and green, with a great water park that had enough slides for a full day of fun.
