This hotel completely exceeded my expectations—far better than the reviews suggested. The breakfast was exceptional, offering something for every taste, and even in the most budget-friendly rooms, we had a private balcony with stunning sea views. Everything in the room was top-notch, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and they offer free luggage storage after check-out, which was incredibly convenient. But what truly stole the show were the sunrise views—the sky turning golden over the water was absolutely breathtaking. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed in Sochi in April and chose Villa Anna for my getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable—I stayed in two different ones during my two-week visit. The first room faced the garden, but early morning peacock calls were a bit disruptive, so I requested a change. The staff handled it seamlessly and moved me without any hassle. The breakfast was excellent, and the waitstaff were incredibly attentive and kind—huge thanks to them! The hotel is nestled in a quiet, green setting, just a 15-minute walk from the beach—perfect for a relaxed seaside escape. What really stood out was that I received partial refunds twice because I had to leave earlier than planned. I was told this might not be possible during peak season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. Overall, my stay was flawless—comfortable, friendly, and well-located. Highly recommend this gem!

The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver—our flight was delayed, and we ended up waiting at the airport for eight hours before arriving at the hotel at 3:30 AM. Despite the late hour, check-in was seamless, and we were promptly settled into our room on the third floor. While the room wasn’t newly renovated, everything was clean, functional, and well-maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, generous, and even included alcoholic options, which added a nice touch. From start to finish, every detail exceeded expectations. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation.

We just returned from a week-long trip and couldn’t be happier with our stay at U Bocharova Ruchya. We specifically wanted to stay in central Sochi—affordable yet comfortable—and this hotel exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a scenic spot, most rooms offer stunning views of the mountains and coastline from their balconies. The passing trains didn’t bother us at all, which was a big relief. Our third-floor room was spacious, even included an extra bed, making it perfect for our group. All toiletries were provided, and breakfast was generous enough for our needs—whether enjoyed indoors or out on the large terrace. The hotel is built across multiple levels, which adds character but does mean some walking between floors. One highlight? The pool is accessible almost anytime, which came in handy after late-night arrivals from excursions to Krasnaya Polyana and the Olympic Park. Free beach towels are also available. The municipal beach “Albatros” is easily reachable via shuttle transfer—though walking up from there can be tough due to the steep incline. Huge thanks to driver Sergey—he was incredibly attentive and helpful. The staff throughout the property felt warm and welcoming, like family. Getting around town is simple: catch buses 4 or 7 (about 15 minutes to the port or Riviera Park). If you walk to Vinogradnaya Street, more bus and minibus options open up. Most evenings we dined at City Lounge—great food, cozy vibe, highly recommended. Overall, this place feels like a hidden gem in Sochi. A truly memorable stay.

Staying at Svetlana Health Resort was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—especially when we arrived late for breakfast, they kindly arranged a complimentary meal at the end of our stay. Even better, they extended our check-out time by four free hours before we left. The indoor pool is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers available. We also enjoyed the nearby

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aledo Hotel, and every expectation we had about the property was exceeded. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and easily accessible by public transit to downtown Sochi. The view from our room was breathtaking—open windows revealed stunning sea views that deserved a full 100-point rating on their own. The owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive; booking directly with him ensured exactly what we wanted, no surprises. Personalized service, clean rooms, and great attention to detail made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Sochi—this place truly stands out.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sochi Breeze Spa Hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride to the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spotless, cozy, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service—always smiling, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. I also made full use of the spa facilities, and the massage was pure bliss. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring Sochi. The overall experience was outstanding, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this property recently and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. While it's conveniently located near the beach and close to public transit, major changes since the new management took over have significantly impacted service quality. The free beach towels and umbrellas are now available only for rent—something that used to be included. Cleaning frequency has dropped drastically: instead of daily housekeeping, it’s now once a week or every five to six days. Trash isn’t collected daily either, which becomes uncomfortable in hot weather. Bed linen is changed only once weekly—unlike before when it happened more frequently, even if they weren’t fully soiled. The glass-paned doors in the hallway let light through if not dimmed properly at night, making it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, staff don’t monitor this, so guests must get up themselves to fix it—disrupting rest. Noise levels are terrible; neighbors can be loud, and there’s almost no soundproofing. I also had issues with outdated plumbing—workers came to fix the shower and toilet, but one left water spilled and damaged the floor, and nobody cleaned up afterward. I stopped calling after that, as the toilet flush still didn’t work by the end of my stay. Check-in was also awkward, with some unpleasant moments upfront. On the bright side, internet speed has improved noticeably. That said, unless you're here strictly for business on a short trip, I wouldn’t recommend this place for vacation stays. The price may seem low compared to nearby hotels, but the service simply doesn’t match the cost.

This experience was absolutely terrible and completely ruined our vacation. We booked through a platform, received confirmation messages just days before departure, and were told we’d be met at the property. But right before our flight, we got a call saying there was an overbooking issue—our accommodation was no longer available. When we arrived in Sochi, we were directed to a different area, but upon showing up at the address, there was no sign of the apartment hotel, no reception desk, nothing. The building’s concierge had never heard of it—apparently it's just a regular residential building where multiple private owners rent out units through a real estate agent named Olga, who handles 13 apartments in the complex. We ended up stranded on the street at 11 PM with two young kids (one a year old, one four). Despite being told not to bother going there, we still showed up—no one was waiting. No signage, no staff, nothing. We tried contacting both the platform and the agent repeatedly for replacement housing, but received zero response. We spent the rest of our week-long trip in Dagomys, struggling to find even basic accommodations during peak season. This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright deception. Don’t believe the glossy photos online, especially if they’re from well-known booking sites. Avoid this so-called Svetlana Deluxe at all costs.

I absolutely loved my stay at Park Gorkogo Apart-Hotel in Sochi! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable trip. I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the location was, yet still just a short walk or quick transit ride away from the city center and major attractions. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sochi—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staying at Sochi VIP House was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming—helped carry our luggage to the room and even allowed us to check in early despite the room not being ready yet. We were able to rest after a long journey, which was such a relief. The room itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of warmth. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the theater and museum, perfect for exploring on foot. Just a short walk away is a fantastic restaurant called «Baran Rapant»—the food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere really inviting. Everything about this place felt authentic and well cared for. If you're visiting Sochi, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!

Staying at Metropol Apartments for the second time was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and close to everything downtown Sochi has to offer. Our apartment on the 16th floor had breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the Denar Garden, making every morning and evening truly special. The 17th-floor amenities are impressive: a sparkling pool, a stylish photo zone, and cozy relaxation areas—all with stunning panoramic views. The modern interior is well-designed and fully equipped, offering comfort and convenience throughout. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d highly recommend this place—definitely planning to return soon!
