The location is convenient for getting around Vienna, and the apartment is well situated near public transit. However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.

We didn’t have high expectations, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for a family road trip. The parking garage is right next door, though spaces are limited—so definitely book your spot when reserving the room. Upon arrival, we parked briefly, checked in at the front desk, picked up the remote for the garage, dropped off our bags, drove in, parked, and walked straight back into the hotel—super smooth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are several supermarkets and takeout restaurants nearby. Getting to Schönbrunn Palace and the city center is easy via public transit—just a 5-6 minute walk to the U1 subway station. The breakfast restaurant is cozy and the food is solid, so I’d highly recommend booking with breakfast included. Overall, an excellent choice that exceeded our expectations.

I've stayed at NH hotels before, and this one definitely lives up to the reputation. 今次入住克林姆施佳斯高档公寓實在是極其糟糕的一次體驗。原本透過一個知名平台預訂了11月18至23日的住宿，到達後發現大廈非常古老，樓梯三層要步行上落，根本沒有升降機。單位門鎖只是普通木門，還有明顯破損，安全問題令人擔憂。房間環境髒亂，衛生條件完全不合格：床褥滿佈污漬，甚至有疑似乾涸血跡，床單散發出濃烈汗味，被單又髒又舊。更離譜的是，櫃檯角落竟有幾雙用過且髏髏的拖鞋隨意丟著。廚房油污遍地，枱面滿是手印和污垢，簡直無法下廚。我多次嘗試聯絡預訂時提供的電話，但始終無人接聽。當晚便決定離開，幸好朋友在維也納幫忙安排暫住。翌日只好重新預訂酒店，完全沒得選擇。直到晚上10點多，業主才突然發訊息說很抱歉，問我們要不要安排清潔阿姨。這根本是敷衍了事！這種情況根本需要全面消毒清潔，連換床褥都嫌少，哪是一個人清潔就能解決？我回覆已把鑰匙放進密碼保險箱，並要求退款，之後便再無回音。平台客戶服務亦表現差勁，最後雖取消預訂，但仍需支付罰款。整件事像一場騙局，絕對不推薦任何人入住，自願承擔風險！」},{
