Our stay at the Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh All Inclusive Collection was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Special thanks to Manager-Ma’am Malika—she truly felt like a guardian angel. She was always available, incredibly attentive, and made us feel completely at ease during our time in Egypt. Her warm personality and quick problem-solving skills made a huge difference, especially with our family. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff, particularly Ragoiba, who consistently kept our room (in Block 26) spotless every single day—attention to detail is impressive. The rooms themselves were exceptional: plush beds, supportive mattresses, and cozy pillows ensured a restful night’s sleep. The dining options were diverse and delicious—every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. We were thoroughly satisfied with everything. This resort delivers on comfort, service, and value. If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway with genuine hospitality, this is the place to be.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is perfect—right on the beach with easy access to the water via a sandy shore and a wooden pier. The coral reef just offshore is stunning, teeming with colorful fish—definitely bring snorkeling fins, you won’t regret it. Dining options are excellent: fresh fruits daily (especially the sweet melons), delicious meat and seafood, all well-prepared and varied. One small downside—no napkins provided at tables, but that’s a minor issue. The staff throughout the property are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Special shoutout to bar tenders Mrvan and Omar—they’ve got incredible creativity behind their cocktails, offering unique and refreshing drinks. The only real letdown? Entertainment. We saw two different groups during our stay, and neither was particularly energetic or engaging—seemed more focused on pushing guests toward paid nightclubs. If you’re after a quiet, relaxing getaway, this place is a top recommendation. But if you’re looking for lively nightlife or constant activities, you might want to consider another resort—or take a 20-minute walk along the coast to Namour Bay. Also, don’t forget mosquito repellent—some bugs were quite persistent in the room, affecting sleep quality. Overall, great value, beautiful setting, and excellent service. Definitely worth staying again!

It's also very convenient for excursions—just a short ride to the desert safari or the marina. Everything about this place feels thoughtfully done, from the friendly staff to the spacious, modern rooms. If you're looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in Sharm El Sheikh, this is the one.

A major plus: free shuttle service to other Rixos hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, including Ricos Premium Seagate, which made exploring nearby options easy. The hotel also arranged a private driver, adding extra convenience. Having stayed at several Rixos properties before, this one stood out as the best in terms of service. Special thanks go to Mr. Hanna Adxl, Mehmet Bülbül, Chef Mehmet, Ekrem, and the front desk team—especially the night-shift staff who were always present and welcoming. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable.

This was our first trip to Egypt, and we couldn’t have picked a better place than Sun Rise. The dining experience was exceptional—diverse and delicious options every meal, with new dishes always waiting to be discovered. Seafood was a highlight, and despite some online mentions about limited tableware, we never experienced any shortages during our entire stay. Staff cleared tables instantly, even the used napkins vanished before they could land on the floor. Traveling with two kids (ages 3 and 7), we were thrilled that all meals were well-suited for them—no issues at all. We dined at multiple Al-Kart restaurants each evening, and honestly, it’s hard to pick just one favorite because every single one was fantastic—creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special shoutout to a tall, friendly waiter (we didn’t catch his name!) who went above and beyond: quick service, helpful suggestions, and sweet little surprises like flowers or balloons for our daughter. The level of personal care stood out—even more than what we’ve seen in top-tier resorts across Turkey. Our accommodation was in the Deluxe Swim-Up suite at Complex 9—pure paradise! Direct access to our own private pool meant we spent most of the day cooling off in the sun. Daily room cleaning was impeccable, and Ahmed—the housekeeper—was absolutely incredible. He’d fold towels into stunning shapes, which totally blew us away. The resort grounds were lush and green, with a great water park that had enough slides for a full day of fun. The kids’ club offered plenty for both younger and older children. The beach? Unforgettable. We swam right off the shore and even went snorkeling near the reef—saw colorful fish, sea turtles, and beautiful coral formations. There’s a short, easy walkway leading into deeper water, making exploration safe and convenient. Entertainment was outstanding—nightly disco parties, fire shows, and even a visit to another hotel for a lively carnival and dance performance that left us stunned. A big thank you to the team, especially Sabrina—we’ll never forget your energy and warmth. Overall, this vacation scored 100/10. We’re already planning to return. Thank you, Sun Rise, for such a magical getaway!
