We stayed for four nights and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed—whether it was recommendations or just a quick help with luggage. We arrived early and were able to check in at 9 a.m. since the room was ready, and we even left our belongings behind when checking out without any issues. The hotel is located near a busy street but surprisingly quiet—no noise disturbance at all. Plus, bus stops were just a 3-5 minute walk away, making getting around the city super convenient. Great location, excellent service, and fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match any expectations. Poor communication, unprofessional management, and no flexibility on room allocation.
