When we experienced a morning water outage, the team apologized sincerely and provided a complimentary breakfast for one guest (the second was at an additional cost), which really showed their dedication to guest satisfaction. The room itself was spacious, with clean bedding and a well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a great start to the day. We chose this property as a mid-point stay between arriving late in Kunming and catching an early flight the next day—perfect location, no hassle. Plus, the lobby has free freshly ground coffee, a nice little touch that adds to the overall experience. It’s clear they care about details, and that makes all the difference.
