We’ve been coming back to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints. With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

Instead of just saying no, the front desk sent over a little portable refrigerator courtesy of a kind staff member. The location is excellent too: just steps from the subway station and taxi stands, making it super easy to explore downtown Shenyang, including Zhongjie shopping area. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and genuinely welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
