The hotel is incredibly easy to find—right next to the main road and just a short walk from the railway station. Parking is available at the lot directly across from the building, and the hotel covers the parking fee, which is a nice touch. The doorman on the ground floor was exceptionally friendly—he opened doors, helped with luggage, and even pressed the elevator button for me. The front desk is on the second floor, where staff were warm and welcoming. They offered hot towels, afternoon tea snacks, and freshly brewed coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. They also took time to explain all the room amenities in detail, showing genuine care. Everything about this stay felt personalized and well-organized. If you're visiting Harbin, this is definitely a top choice for comfort and convenience.

Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything from fresh pastries and local specialties to international favorites—was both delicious and well-presented. Afternoon tea was equally impressive, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared treats. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.

Harbin Nangang District Government Atour Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harbin Nangang District Government Atour Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff, especially Qiao Yuan and Jing Qi at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and attentive—greeting me with a warm cup of tea upon check-in made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean lines and a calming atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the excellent soundproofing too—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient for exploring the city. With its thoughtful touches, great location, and top-notch service, this hotel offers amazing value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Harbin—highly recommended!

Arrived by train early in the morning, before sunrise, and was genuinely surprised to find out check-in was already possible at that hour. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming—beautiful, warm, and so helpful. They immediately accommodated me with a room upgrade at no extra cost. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just checking into a hotel. The hospitality made the early arrival feel effortless and special. Definitely worth every penny, and I’ll be back without hesitation.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you don’t have to go far for food or essentials. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors—just fresh and clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. I was especially impressed by the excellent soundproofing; even late at night, there was zero noise disturbance from the hallway or other guests. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, answering all my questions promptly and even recommending some local favorites. This place offers incredible value for money. On checkout day, I left my luggage at the front desk, and they assured me it would be safely kept until my departure time. Later, when I rushed back with limited time, the front desk staff calmly said not to worry—they’d accommodate my schedule, even allowing a slightly delayed check-out. When I returned to my room, it was spotless, as if freshly cleaned—so fresh and tidy. I called to ask if there was any issue, but the staff simply replied, 'No problem, just enjoy your stay—we’ll take care of the cleaning later.' That level of genuine care and flexibility truly made the difference. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are exactly why Harbin lives up to its reputation as a city of kindness. This hotel is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering clear instructions for deliveries and even providing the address for food orders. It’s located in a super convenient area—just a short ride to Central Street, shopping centers, or any major attractions. I was amazed how fast a taxi got me there. When I decided to extend my stay, the host offered a great discount, which made the whole experience even better. This place delivers on every front—comfort, location, value, and hospitality.
