Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

Celebrating New Year's Day at Rosewood Beijing was the perfect way to start the year. With chilly weather outside, staying put in this luxurious hotel felt like a dream. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. Our room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park—waking up to that skyline view every morning was pure joy.
