My room has also been upgraded—having stayed here multiple times before (usually booking the business king or twin room), this visit felt noticeably different in terms of space, comfort, and attention to detail. A special shoutout to the laundry staff: I came down late at night—around 1 or 2 AM—to do my laundry, and they not only helped me wash and dry my clothes but even offered to deliver them straight back to my room.
