It was incredibly peaceful and perfect for a good rest. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness! You guys work hard—I truly appreciate it! 💓💓💓 The housekeeping staff was also outstanding. They greeted me warmly every time they passed by, with genuine smiles and a personal touch that made the stay feel more welcoming. 💕💕💕 And the restaurant right across the street? When I found the new room was too cold, they brought over a portable heater right away—such a thoughtful touch! My child needed to print homework last minute, and they happily helped with that too. Yes, the hotel has seen better days and does feel a bit dated overall, but it’s clean and well-maintained. The 6th floor has been recently renovated, which makes a big difference in comfort. Room options are limited—only queen-size beds and family rooms available. But the breakfast buffet? Absolutely outstanding. Plenty of fresh options, great variety, and very satisfying. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is comfortable. My only regret was oversleeping and missing breakfast—I’ll definitely make sure to grab it next time. Initially, the heating in the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but the team responded quickly, sent someone up right away, and fixed it without delay—great service. The only minor downside was the soundproofing; around 9 a.m., three staff members were talking loudly in the hallway, which woke me up. It’s a small issue, but something worth improving. All in all, the location is convenient, the value for money is excellent, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to others.
