The next morning, I headed up to the fifth-floor gym—basic but well-equipped with a treadmill, dumbbells, and a yoga mat, perfect for a quick workout. Breakfast was a real highlight—authentic Shenyang-style dishes that tasted amazing, and they even offered healthy options for those watching their intake.
