I stayed in Xinjiang for over ten days and had a lot of clothes to wash. Since the weather here is so dry, clothes dry quickly—so the hotel only has washing machines without dryers. I just hung my clothes inside the room to air-dry. While that’s a bit of a limitation, the staff made up for it completely. The front desk team—both the young ladies and gentlemen—were incredibly kind and helpful, as was the lady working in the lobby. Their warm attitude made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Although check-in was busy and the lobby was full of guests, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they asked us to take a seat while they attended to others. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic.
