Staying at UrCove by HYATT Beijing International Exhibition Center was an absolute delight. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. Hot water in the bathroom came on instantly and flowed generously—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. Every day, the fridge was restocked with free Coca-Cola, Sprite, and little snacks—great for a quick pick-me-up. Breakfast was fantastic: diverse options including freshly made wontons, beef noodle soup, and crispy jianbing. The local flavors were authentic and satisfying. I especially loved the 24-hour service in the lobby offering warm pear soup and goji-red date tea—ideal for those chilly Beijing nights. Late-night snacks included wontons and a soothing bedtime congee; when wontons ran out one evening, they even prepared various flavored tangyuan as a thoughtful replacement. The fitness center had modern equipment and felt well-maintained. There’s also a laundry and dryer available, which can be monitored via the room TV—though we didn’t use it this time, knowing it’s there added peace of mind. Overall, the attention to detail, warm hospitality, and excellent value make this hotel a standout choice. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

We did notice a small issue with the initial room, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they promptly arranged a different room without any hassle. What really stood out was the housekeeping manager—she noticed my elderly companion had difficulty moving around and kindly added extra tissues and bottled water to our room. These little touches made such a big difference. The entire stay felt personal, comfortable, and genuinely homely. Service was attentive, efficient, and full of warmth. I’d definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable, friendly, and well-organized place to stay in Beijing.

The server, an older lady who worked there, was especially warm and welcoming, making the meal feel more like dining at a family-run spot than a chain hotel. Just steps away from the hotel, there's a fantastic spicy hot pot place that’s perfect for late-night cravings. I ended up eating there twice—it’s affordable, tasty, and convenient. Being right near Zuojiazhuang Subway Station makes getting around Beijing super easy. Overall, this is easily the best Homeinn experience I’ve had, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
