Later, when I casually mentioned that I’d prefer a different room orientation, he immediately arranged a room change and even delivered fresh welcome fruit to the new room. That kind of attention to detail made all the difference. On departure day, I was rushing for an early flight, and Donk had already pre-packed a breakfast box for me, along with a gentle reminder about the weather change—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you’d need. With such warm, proactive hospitality and top-tier facilities, this stay earned every single point. After wandering around Wangfujing for a while, we finally found this hotel—perfectly located, reasonably priced, and best of all, free parking. We both love serviced apartments because of the separate living area and small kitchen, which made our stay feel more like home. The room design was surprisingly thoughtful: a spacious living room, a quiet bedroom, a shower, and even a big soaking tub—despite the central location, the layout felt open and well-organized. Two bathrooms and ample closet space made everything convenient. Dining options were affordable too, perfect for longer stays or family trips. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness of duvet for the room temperature. The bathrobe was soft and warm—so cozy I almost wanted to take it home! Staff were exceptional; they reached out via WeChat in advance to check if we had any special needs, and check-in/check-out went smoothly and stress-free. One tiny suggestion: after cleaning, could they please switch the showerhead back to handheld mode?
