I booked this hotel because it was close to the exam venue, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They specifically assigned me a quiet, sunny room and even handed me a handwritten note with a small gift—such a thoughtful touch! There was also a sign in the hallway politely reminding guests to keep noise down, which showed how much they cared about creating a peaceful environment for test-takers. The room is a bit older but spacious, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable—perfect for restful sleep. Parking is easy, and right outside the front door is a metro station, making travel around Beijing super convenient. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed for guest comfort and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I’m visiting for exams or business. Highly recommended!
Beijing Yonghegong Manxin Hotel
Staying here for two nights was an absolute delight. The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Yonghe Temple, with a Hema supermarket and a Maudet pastry shop right next door—great for grab-and-go snacks and easy access to local eats. Public transport is super convenient too, making it simple to explore Beijing’s highlights. The room was spotless and even upgraded during our stay—what a pleasant surprise! I especially loved the large window that framed views of trees outside, bringing in natural light and a peaceful vibe. The lobby has a sleek, upscale feel, and complimentary fruits and bottled water are available anytime—so generous and thoughtful. Both front desk staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. This stay exceeded expectations. With such great value and warm service, I’d definitely return without hesitation.
