Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice.
