The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall experience felt seamless. I’d definitely stay here again—especially with how easy the booking process was through the platform.

One minor note: since the hotel is close to the riverfront, we occasionally heard distant ship horns at night. That said, it’s not disruptive at all—the building has good sound insulation, and the sounds actually add a unique local flavor to the stay. Overall, the location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the value is outstanding. I’d definitely book here again when visiting New Orleans.
