The room itself was spacious, though the mattress was on the softer side—but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. Air conditioning worked perfectly, water pressure was strong, and housekeeping came daily. Every evening, they’d leave a fun new towel arrangement on the bed—a small but delightful touch. Kids’ entertainment was fantastic—my little ones had a blast. For adults, the activities were decent but nothing extraordinary—maybe a solid 3 out of 5. The highlight was two Russian-speaking animators, Max and Vera—they were super helpful and made communication easy. Most other staff members spoke limited Russian, so it was tough to connect otherwise. Still, we left feeling completely refreshed, sun-kissed, and full of positive vibes.
