The so-called 'reception' staff was actually the homeowner who lived in the back room, and he was just sitting outside smoking, asleep and completely oblivious to the noise. The next day (Saturday), we had to get up again to open the door for more guests constantly knocking. Every single thing listed on the platform—including facilities, service, and privacy—was misleading or outright false. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
