The family suite was surprisingly spacious—perfect for our group of four with plenty of room to move around. The location is unbeatable: most major attractions are within walking distance, and downtown Washington D.C. is just a short stroll away. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt, especially in the evenings. There’s also a great variety of dining options nearby—from local favorites to international cuisine—so we never ran out of places to try. Everything about this stay was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the thoughtful amenities. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to D.C.

My five-day stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Located just steps away from Dupont Circle, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city—public transit is right there, and the neighborhood feels safe and upscale. The staff went above and beyond: they honored my two separate reservations with the same room and easily arranged a late checkout without any hassle. The room itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with modern essentials—dishes, a large fridge, dishwasher, everything you’d need for a homey stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the recently renovated bathroom added a nice touch of luxury. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I felt like I was staying in a stylish, well-cared-for apartment rather than a typical hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again—this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value.

Staying at the Residence Inn Washington, DC/Downtown was a fantastic experience overall. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and well-designed, making it perfect for families or longer stays. One of the highlights is having a full kitchen—great for preparing meals, especially when traveling with kids or trying to save on dining out. The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from major attractions, and public transit access is excellent. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I’d advise skipping the on-site Lincoln restaurant—it didn’t live up to expectations. Honestly, the nearby food trucks offered better quality and flavor. Despite that small downside, the location, comfort, and value make this hotel a standout choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Residence Inn Washington, DC/Foggy Bottom was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The bed was plush and restful—perfect for a good night's sleep. I especially appreciated the kitchenette; it made preparing simple meals a breeze, which was great for longer stays or families. Being just steps from the metro station made exploring downtown and nearby attractions super convenient. The whole experience was top-notch, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers!

Staying at 2500 Penn was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right next to a bus stop and just a short walk to the Metro, making it super easy to get around the city. I loved how close Trader Joe’s was for grocery shopping or grabbing a quick bite. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe, vibrant, and well-connected. The modern design and thoughtful touches throughout the space made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a smart, convenient base in Washington, D.C., this is definitely a top choice.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Washington was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, living up to the expectations of a top-tier luxury hotel. Modern amenities, excellent cleanliness, and thoughtful touches made the stay comfortable from start to finish. The lobby is impressively grand and open, giving an elegant first impression as soon as you walk in. What stood out most was the location—just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the White House and the National Museum of Natural History. Perfect for sightseeing without needing to rely on taxis or rideshares. There’s also a shopping complex nearby, with convenient access to dining and retail options. While the nearby parking lot requires a fee, it's a small trade-off for the convenience and peace of mind, especially if you're driving. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and accessibility—definitely my go-to choice for future trips to Washington, D.C.

The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.

I stayed at WhyHotel by Placemakr, Union Market while visiting my son in Washington, D.C., and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff here are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Special shoutout to Gregori Capella and Breona Pinkney—two outstanding team members who truly care about their guests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from public transit and local attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Clean, modern rooms with thoughtful touches, and an overall vibe that feels both comfortable and welcoming. If this hotel were a chain, I’d say Gregori should be the head manager across all locations—and Breona absolutely deserves a major promotion. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Global Luxury Suites at Tribeca in Washington, DC, expecting a comfortable and secure experience—but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. On September 14, 2024, I left the hotel with my family from 11 AM to 4 PM. When I returned, I discovered that two watches (including a Rolex), a diamond bracelet, and a ring were missing. I reported this immediately to the concierge, but their response was delayed and uncooperative. I filed a police report and requested access to surveillance footage from that time frame—so far, no video has been provided, and communication from the management remains minimal. To make matters worse, upon check-in, staff couldn’t locate my key card and had to recalibrate it manually. I also noticed the key fob cover was missing when I arrived—a red flag I didn’t address at the time. Now, with over $10,000 worth of jewelry stolen, and the investigation ongoing, I can’t help but feel the management is not being transparent. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a serious breach of trust. I strongly advise against staying here. Your belongings may not be safe.

I was genuinely surprised by how impressive this hotel turned out to be—especially compared to most other hotels I've stayed in across the U.S., which tend to feel quite basic or outdated. The Willard Washington D.C. exceeded all my expectations in terms of both quality and value. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions like the White House and Capitol Hill, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a timeless elegance. But what really stood out were the on-site dining options—the restaurant and coffee shop offered far better food quality and atmosphere than I anticipated. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe felt refined yet welcoming. It's rare to find such a well-balanced experience outside of big cities like New York or Miami. If you're visiting Washington D.C., this is definitely one of the top choices. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any traveler looking for comfort, style, and great value.

Absolutely loved staying at Sonder Georgetown C&O—perfectly matched my expectations. This hotel-style apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a spacious fridge—so much better than relying on takeout every day, especially since I’m not a fan of American fast food. The property is brand new, well-maintained, and managed under the Marriott umbrella, which gives peace of mind without the hassle of dealing with private hosts or basement units. Check-in was smooth: after registering via email, I received the room access code in advance. Even though official check-in time was 4 PM, the front desk staff activated the code early so we could move in as soon as 1:30 PM—very convenient! The location is ideal, right in the heart of Foggy Bottom, just a 15-minute walk to the metro station. There’s also a D80 bus stop right outside that goes straight to the Union Station—clean, reliable service with no sketchy vibes. Walking to the White House takes about 30 minutes, which is totally doable. A Trader Joe’s is only a 10-minute stroll away—great for groceries and snacks. The layout is smart and spacious, with a generous living area. The only small downside is that the showerhead is fixed to the wall (no handheld option), and bathing is done in the tub instead of a walk-in shower. But it’s still functional. And kudos to the lobby—free capsule coffee available all day, unlimited refills. Perfect for early mornings or late-night work sessions!

Staying at The Architect Hotel was a truly refreshing experience in Washington D.C. While the room is compact, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious and well-maintained—definitely a plus for comfort. The bedding was clean and crisp, perfect for a couple’s stay. On the ground floor, complimentary hot water and coffee are available, making morning routines easy and enjoyable. Its location is fantastic—just a short walk to the White House and major museums, ideal for sightseeing without needing transport. Compared to New York, D.C. feels calmer and less crowded, with fewer flashy outfits on the streets. Locals tend to be polite rather than overly expressive, which suits my preference. I especially appreciated the staff at the hotel and the transit station—many of them were Black men and women who worked diligently and went out of their way to help. Their kindness and professionalism stood out, reminding me that respect goes both ways. This place isn’t just about great convenience or design—it’s about human connection. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic taste of the nation’s capital with thoughtful touches, this hotel delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value simplicity, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
