Location-wise, it’s perfect—just steps from the streetcar and surrounded by amazing restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely return. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns, visibly dirty, and outdated. There was even a hole in the wall—this level of neglect is shocking. Most concerning was the lack of a fire detector, raising serious safety concerns. The overall condition is poor, management seems indifferent, and the experience was far below any reasonable expectation. This place doesn’t deserve a single star.

Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately disappointed by the unfriendly front desk staff. The room was directly facing the street, with windows so dirty that it was nearly impossible to see outside. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—so intense that we checked out after just five minutes and paid extra for a new hotel. The location is far from downtown New Orleans, making it inconvenient for tourists. As a young couple, we found this stay extremely unsatisfying and not worth the price. It would be completely impractical for families too. Overall, a very disappointing experience with no redeeming qualities.

This property is absolutely fantastic—perfect location, stunning design, and felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. The gated entrance and private garage added a great sense of security. Communication with the team was quick and effortless, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The only small improvement I’d suggest is adding an extra bathroom on the ground floor since that’s where the four-person bedroom is located—having to climb two flights of stairs for a shower was a bit inconvenient. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail in what was otherwise a flawless experience. The space is spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet, and very well-maintained. We loved every moment here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommend!
