It’s located in a prime area surrounded by other great hotels and attractions, and walking distance to King Chef Restaurant and Route 55’s unlimited steak buffet—perfect for food lovers. Each room is well-designed, with the Love Room offering a private walk-in closet for ultimate comfort and privacy. There are also spacious options for groups of 4, 6, or even 8 guests, but the Love Room stands out as a truly special solo retreat. What makes this experience even more memorable is that the property is owned by a well-known local family who runs major hotels across the region—they’re generous and kind to open this gem to the public. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're traveling with toddlers, infants, or elderly guests. There’s no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs, making access very difficult. The lack of parking space is another major downside—unless you’re staying right outside, finding a spot nearby can be frustrating. The photos on the website are outdated and don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms or common areas. The place feels worn down and poorly maintained overall. It’s not child-friendly at all, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. For a better stay in Baguio, look elsewhere.

But honestly, if no urgent renovations and deep cleaning happen soon, this property could turn into a ghost hotel. Hope the owners take immediate action before it's too late.
