Turns out they were cleaning the floors, but left a massive amount of dirty water pooled in the middle of the walkway with zero warning signs. When I mentioned it, staff said the sofa had been moved, so I should’ve known. No apology, no accountability—just deflection. Falling like that was incredibly embarrassing, especially as a guest preparing for prayer. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, particularly in a hotel serving pilgrims. Safety should be a top priority, and this incident reflects poorly on the entire operation. I can’t recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort or respect during such a meaningful journey.

The room we were initially assigned was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible, unbearable odor—thankfully, we were able to get a different room just a few days before check-out, which was much more acceptable. The food was disappointing—bland in taste and served in plastic containers, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. Staff presence was almost nonexistent, and several guests reported finding bedbugs in their rooms. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made this stay far below expectations. Not recommended.
