I absolutely love Hamburg, and this hotel has quickly become one of my favorite stays in the city. The room size is just right—not too small, not too large—perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The heating was excellent throughout our stay, keeping the room cozy even during colder evenings, and I really appreciated that there were no carpets, which made cleaning feel more hygienic. Right downstairs, there’s a lovely organic grocery store, so grabbing healthy snacks or essentials was super convenient. This hotel has already become part of some of my most cherished memories of Hamburg. It’s well-located, thoughtfully designed, and offers an authentic local vibe with great value. Definitely planning to come back.

Staying at this family-friendly apartment hotel in Hamburg was a pleasant experience, especially for parents traveling with kids. The all-inclusive meal plan was decent, though the steak restaurant wasn’t worth the hype. That said, the property clearly caters more toward children than adults, so if you're looking for a relaxed retreat without the kid-centric vibe, it might not be the best fit. One thing to note: the air conditioning unit can be tricky—just press the red button to activate it properly. While it’s not something I’d return to, I do appreciate the thoughtful touches for families with special needs.

I stayed at this hotel for several months, and it was an extremely frustrating experience. The neighborhood around the property is unsafe—walking the streets felt like a constant risk, especially at night. For four consecutive months, I lived in fear, constantly anxious and stressed. Two other guests were particularly disruptive and made life miserable. I even had written documentation of the issues, but management ignored my concerns and failed to follow through on promises. It was deeply disappointing. Thankfully, the police responded quickly when things escalated, which helped prevent further problems. Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hamburg, just a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station—super convenient for travelers. The rooms and overall design have a sleek, stylish vibe that really stands out. However, the staff couldn’t be less welcoming—cold, uninterested, and it felt like they were just going through the motions. I had to explain how to mix cocktails to the bartender, and even basic things like pouring beer weren’t done properly—some bottles weren’t filled to the brim. In one Aperol spritz, water was added on top of the ice cubes, which made no sense. Breakfast was disorganized too—everything was there, but scattered all over the place, not where you’d expect. It took some effort to figure out where things were. Honestly, this was my first and last time staying here. Great location and style, but poor service ruined the experience.

The neighborhood feels a bit worn down with some graffiti around, but once you explore Hamburg, you’ll see how vibrant and unique the city truly is. All in all, this hotel delivers great value, comfort, and charm—highly recommend for travelers seeking a quiet, well-located base in Hamburg.
