The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

We stayed for a long weekend with our kids, and the spacious rooms with large balconies made it feel like a true getaway. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused some steam buildup after showers, and the back door to the balcony was tricky to lock—only my husband managed to secure it properly. Despite these small issues, we were extremely happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, the staff friendly, and the whole vibe feels upscale yet welcoming. I don’t speak English, but the translation app worked perfectly for daily communication, so no stress at all. What stood out most was the friendly front desk staff—a handsome guy who spoke fluent Chinese and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness made the whole experience even more memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the room view to the service. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Sydney. A top-tier hotel with a personal touch—highly recommended!
