I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs. It’s not worth the risk or the price.

I arrived to find nothing but a rundown structure with no basic facilities. This is extremely misleading and disappointing. I'm requesting a full refund immediately and urge the platform to review such listings to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same frustration.
