Hotel Pierre Milano

Staying at Hotel Pierre Milano in Milan was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel has a real sense of character—its vintage-inspired decor feels authentic and beautifully crafted, not just flashy. I was especially impressed by the artwork in the lobby; it’s not just printed art, and the walls have a soft cushioned layer underneath, which is both stylish and practical for safety. Breakfast wasn’t entirely to my taste, but it offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options—perfect for different preferences. What really stood out? Free water in the lobby with optional infusions like mint, lemon, or honey grapefruit—such a thoughtful touch! And kudos to the front desk staff—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. One small note: the bathroom sink drains a bit slowly, so a quick fix would make it even better. Overall, this place hits all the right notes—charm, comfort, and great service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Milan.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by metro. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What stood out most was the great value for money—affordable pricing without compromising on quality. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan!

Hotel Milano Regency

My stay at Hotel Milano Regency was fantastic overall. The hotel was spotless—clean rooms, tidy common areas, and staff who went above and beyond with their hospitality. From check-in to checkout, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. While the location isn’t right next to Milano Centrale (which I needed to reach), it’s still very accessible via public transit—just a 300-meter walk to multiple bus and tram stops, including a direct line to Cadorna Station. There are three restaurants right across the street, all packed during dinner hours, and the food quality was excellent. On my first night, I dined at a restaurant in Piazza Firenze—also highly recommended and delicious. The area feels a bit quiet after dark, but as a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around. I saw police patrolling a few times, which added peace of mind. There’s also a small courtyard downstairs, but unfortunately mosquitoes were a real nuisance during my short visit—so I skipped the outdoor seating and headed straight back to my room to enjoy a relaxing evening with Young Montalbano on screen. Overall, great value, good vibe, and super convenient for exploring Milan.

Milan Marriott Hotel

Staying at the Milan Marriott Hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable—bedding was cozy, and the bathroom felt modern and clean. It takes about 16 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, but the route is peaceful and safe, with convenience stores and supermarkets along the way. Even though it’s not right next to public transit, the location is still very convenient for exploring central Milan. The hotel offers great value for money, and I’d definitely return if I come back to the city. A solid choice for travelers who appreciate comfort and practicality.

Admiral Hotel

We stayed at the Admiral Hotel for two nights in a football-themed room with my two 19-year-old sons, and it was an absolute hit. The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We came to Milan specifically to catch Inter Milan vs. Empoli—what a game! The atmosphere at San Siro was electric. What made our trip even better was how perfectly located the hotel is—just a 2-minute walk from Domodossola Station, which connects to metro, tram, and train lines. We used the day pass (around £7) to hop on the metro: just 8 minutes to San Siro and about 15 minutes into central Milan. It’s like being right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Whether you're here for a match, city exploration, or just a great stay, this hotel delivers. Highly recommend!

Communication with Mr. Tudor was excellent from start to finish; he was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place, especially for travelers who want to be close to the Navigli district and the city center. Everything is within walking distance, and getting around by metro is super convenient. The location, cleanliness, and overall experience made it a standout stay. I’d definitely come back if I ever visit Milan again.

Brera Apartments in Moscova

Staying in Brera was an absolute delight—this neighborhood is one of my favorites in Milan, and the location couldn’t be better. The apartment is on ground level with direct street access, which made getting in and out super convenient, especially with luggage. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I was genuinely surprised by how much nicer the unit looked in person compared to the photos—it’s well-designed, stylish, and full of character. The space felt warm and lived-in, not sterile or generic. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. For the price, this is an incredible value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic Milan experience.

Staying at Pontida 4 was an absolute delight. The apartment is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from either of the train stations—perfect for travelers like me who value time and ease. The space is well-designed, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The only small suggestion? Adding a few coffee pods and tea bags would make mornings even better. But honestly, that’s the only tiny thing I could wish for—everything else is top-notch. From the location to the ambiance, this place truly delivers. I’ll definitely be returning.

Milano Canal Apartments

I stayed at Milano Canal Apartments in late November for a concert at Forum di Assago, drawn by its proximity to the venue and the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the expectations. The Forum isn’t actually walkable without some courage—especially at night during winter. The area is poorly lit, located in an industrial zone, and very quiet after dark. More concerning was the fact that the property sits within a ZTL (restricted traffic zone), but no warning was given upon arrival. I later received a €101.47 fine for entering Via Della Chieda Rossa at 2:45 PM—something I had no idea about. While the host is kind and helpful, it would’ve been much better if she’d informed guests about the ZTL restriction and offered alternative access options. The location sounds convenient on paper, but without proper guidance, it can lead to unexpected issues. Overall, the apartment is decent, but the lack of clear communication about local regulations significantly impacts the experience.
