On one occasion, used pillowcases were left on my suitcase, no fresh coffee was provided, and the toilet brush and plunger remained in the bathroom—probably a busy day for the staff, but nothing that overshadowed the overall excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the personal touch from the team made all the difference.
