The front desk agent seemed unapproachable and simply stated that our booked city-view room would be as-is. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, there was no view at all—just two adjacent walls. The next morning, we approached the manager, who was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a better room with actual views, eliminating the wall-facing issue.
